Kelly

  • President and Social Services Director, Kelly Rourke, has a Masters Degree in School Counseling and a Liberal Science Degree in Family Studies and Human Development. Kelly has experience as a school counselor, social worker, mental health case worker, and is bilingual in Spanish. Above all, Kelly is married and the proud mother of four children.

Angie

  • Vice President and Agency Employee Director, Angie Penrose, has a Post Baccalaureate Elementary Education Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a concentration in writing. Angie has experience as a 2nd grade teacher and is the adoptive mother of three siblings from Russia.

Lindsay

  • Domestic Adoption Program Coordinator / Social Worker
  • Bachelor’s  Degree  in social work.
  • She has eight years experience working with families and children.
  • PS-MAPPS Leader and adoption training.

Hydee

  • Program Manager and Social Worker
  • Hydee has a Master’s degree in Social Work and has over ten years experience in child welfare.
  • Hydee is a  PS-MAPP Leader and  BAF adoption trainings.
  • She is also a world renowned traveler, having traveled to China, Africa, and Roman

Lisa

  • International Program Manager and Social Worker
  • Mother of three internationally adopted children.
  • Lisa also heads up our waiting parent education.

Molly

  • International Program Assistant
  • Masters Degree  in education.
  • Married mother of three adopted children.
  • Molly has years of experience working with families and children.

Angela

  • Social Worker
  • Angela is married and the mother of two children.
  • Angela has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and is licensed in the state of Arizona.
  • She also has more than 7 years experience  working with children and families.
  • She has worked as a counselor in the mental health setting.
  • Other experience includes family and group counseling, art and play therapy and advocacy work for children and disenfranchised families.

Kelsie

  • Kelsie is married and has a Master’s in Bilingual / Multicultural Education.

Sharon

  • Social Worker
  • Sharon is married with three grown children and 5 grandchildren.
  • She has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education.
